Train hard and make gains over the summer with our 6-week program of High School Summer Strength & Conditioning.
The program will consist of 2-3 sessions per week either in the weight room and also speed work on the LHS football field.
WHO? High School Athletes grades incoming grades 10-12, within the Lincoln High School Boundary.
WHAT? 6 Week program → 2 to 3 times per week
WHEN? 9:15-11:00 AM (Tuesday/Wednesday & Some Fridays)
Week 1: June 16, 17, 19
Week 2: June 23, 24
Week 3: June 30, July 1
Week 4: July 7,8
Week 5: July 14, 15, 17
Week 6: July 21, 22
WHERE? Lincoln High School Weight Room and Football Field.
