SPRING BREAK
TOURNAMENT

Each spring, chosen Cardinals head south for a week of baseball, bonding, and early-season competition. Our Spring Break trip offers players a taste of college-level play, featuring team travel, daily competition, and a week spent together on and off the field.

We bring both Varsity and JV squads, typically 30–35 players, though not everyone is chosen to make the trip. This year, we’re headed to Anaheim for six JV games and four Varsity games. Wherever we go, the goal is the same: sharpen skills, build camaraderie, and create memories that last long after the season ends.

“Spring break was a great experience for me, not only from a baseball side, but team chemistry. I became closer to all my teammates after essentially living with them for four days. The competition and exposure to high-level baseball were great!”

Nate Ostmo
Dartmouth University

“Spring Break was the part of baseball I looked forward to the most each baseball season. The nice weather, competition, and spending time with teammates outside of school and baseball was irreplaceable. Some of my best baseball memories come from our High School Spring break trips.”

WHAT PLAYERS CAN EXPECT

FUN! This trip is an amazing experience and a great team-building opportunity.

Baseball: Our # 1 priority

Adversity: This is high-level baseball! These teams will likely have more depth & more talent than us. We will outwork them in every aspect of the game and find ways to win.

Structure: Expect to spend A LOT of time with your team. Team meals, outings, workouts, bed checks, etc.

NO guaranteed playing time → We will do our best to make sure everyone gets some innings.

WHAT PARENTS CAN EXPECT

Logistics: We handle hotels, transportation, meals, and scheduling, so you don’t have to.

Limited downtime: This trip is designed to mirror a college baseball experience—players will spend nearly all their time with the team.

Game time only: Parents are welcome to attend games, but outside of that, players are fully committed to team activities.

Team travel: Players will room in groups of four or five (final arrangements depend on the hotel) and travel in mini-vans driven only by coaches.

Family dinner: We’ll host one special dinner during the trip where families, players, and coaches come together.

COACHES’ COMMITMENT
TO PLAYERS

We create an inclusive culture and are committed to developing young men into future leaders.

As parents, specifically of younger players, we want you to know that we are fully committed to making all players feel welcomed and safe during this trip.

We have several meetings with players at every grade level, leading up to the trip, to discuss expectations and the treatment of themselves and others.
