C.J. Watson
Head Coach

Coach Watson is entering his 10th year as the Cardinal Skipper. He is responsible for running the offense and working with the infield.

During his tenure, Lincoln has a record of 137-77, including five PIL league Championships (15’, 16’, 17’, 18’, 23’).

He has been named PIL coach of the year in five out of the nine seasons at Lincoln (15’, 16’, 18’, 22’, 23’)

He is the PIL representative for the All-State meetings, an active member of the American Baseball Coaches Association, and presented at the local NWBCA Coaches Convention in 2021.

He is the PE Department chair and teaches Strength & Conditioning and PE at Lincoln High School.

2023 Lincoln High School Assistant Coach of the Year. Active American Baseball Coaches Association member.

He teaches PE at West Sylvan Middle School.

Cardinal Amateur Baseball Group

Our Baseball program is funded through a 503(c) non-profit organization. This team of coaches and parents helps raise money to support our baseball program. This group of people helps fund the program for fields, additional coaches, apparel, equipment, and more.
