Middle School (6th to 8th grade) is an ideal time to start building a strong foundation. Smart Strength training and quality coaching are among the best things you can do during growth spurts between the ages of 12 and 14.

Lifting weights is not dangerous with good instruction. In fact, it's more dangerous to play sports with a weak, untrained body.

Who: Boys 6th- to 8th grade who live within the Lincoln High School boundary

When: Tuesdays & Fridays 7:45 AM - 9:00 AM, Oct 9th - Dec 19th (12 weeks)

Where: West Sylvan Middle School weight room

Lincoln Baseball Coaches, CJ Watson and Mike Blake coach and supervise all sessions.
