Train with the Cardinal High School coaching staff on strength and conditioning! Middle School (6th-8th grade) is an ideal time to build a strong foundation. Smart strength training and quality coaching are among the best things you can do during growth spurts between the ages of 12 and 14. Lifting weights is not dangerous when done properly with the right coaching. In fact, it's more dangerous to play sports with a weak, untrained body.
This is for 10 weeks of training (20 sessions).
